Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

This privacy policy describes how powerapps.ai ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our mobile applications on Android or iOS (each, an "App").

TL;DR — Your personal content (photos, documents, workout logs, vocabulary lists, and similar data you create in an App) stays on your device. We do not run servers that store that content. We do collect limited anonymous usage and crash telemetry (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics), show ads in some Apps (Google AdMob), and process subscriptions through Google Play or the App Store. When you use certain AI-powered features, the App may send the text or prompts needed for that request to a cloud service.

1. Who we are

Developer: powerapps.ai
Contact e-mail: leovu2022@gmail.com

We are the data controller for the limited data our Apps collect. Google (Firebase, AdMob, Play Billing, ML Kit, and cloud AI services where used), Apple (App Store billing), and similar platform providers act as data processors on our behalf for the services they provide.

2. What stays on your device

Depending on which App you use, these activities typically happen on your phone or tablet and are not uploaded to our servers:

We do not operate backend servers that receive or store your photos, documents, workout body images, vocabulary library, or similar personal content.

3. Information we do collect

3.1 Anonymous usage analytics — Firebase Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used and to improve our Apps. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect:

DataPurposeLinked to identity?
App events (screen views, feature taps)Improve UXNo
Approximate location (country / region, derived from IP)Aggregate analyticsNo
Advertising ID (Android AAID / iOS IDFA where available)Audience analyticsPseudonymous
Device & OS info (model, OS version, language, time zone)Bucket analyticsNo
App version, installer sourceRelease healthNo
Crash & ANR signalsStability monitoringNo

We do not set custom user IDs, we do not track precise GPS location, and we do not collect contacts, microphone audio, or the content of your photos or documents through analytics.

3.2 Crash and stability reports — Firebase Crashlytics

When an App crashes or hangs, Crashlytics may send a stack trace and minimal device state (model, OS version, app version, free memory, foreground/background state, locale). Crashlytics does not collect personally identifiable information unless the App explicitly attaches it — we never attach any.

3.3 Advertising — Google AdMob

Some of our Apps display ads served by Google AdMob. To request and tailor those ads, AdMob may collect:

DataPurpose
Advertising ID (AAID / IDFA)Ad personalisation and frequency capping
Approximate location (country / region, from IP)Regional ad targeting
Device & OS infoAd fill compatibility
Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)Billing & fraud detection

Google is the data controller for AdMob ad-serving data; their policy applies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Where local law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom), an App may show Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form and expose a "Manage privacy choices" entry in Settings so you can change your consent at any time.

You can also reset or opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings:

The App will continue to work; ads may simply be less relevant.

3.4 Cloud AI features

Some Apps offer optional AI-powered features (for example word explanations, workout plan generation, or similar assistance). When you use those features, the App may send the minimum text or prompts required to fulfil your request to a cloud AI provider (such as Google Gemini). We do not use that content to build advertising profiles, and we do not store it on our own servers.

3.5 In-app purchases and subscriptions

If you buy a premium upgrade or subscription, payment is processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We never see your card details. The store sends us only a purchase receipt or token, which we verify on your device to unlock features.

4. Permissions

Our Apps request only the permissions needed for the features you use. Common examples include:

PermissionWhy
INTERNETAds, analytics, subscriptions, cloud AI features, and downloading on-device models
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATEAvoid unnecessary network calls when you are offline
Camera or photo library accessCapture or import images when a feature requires it
Notifications (if offered)Optional reminders you choose to enable

We do not request broad background location, contacts, calendar, or microphone access unless a specific feature clearly needs it and you grant permission.

5. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly process data from children. If you believe a child has used one of our Apps, contact us and we will assist.

6. Where data is processed

Firebase, AdMob, Play Billing, App Store, ML Kit, and cloud AI services process data in regions where their providers operate, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries, subject to their data protection terms (Firebase data processing terms).

7. How long we keep data

We do not retain user content on our own servers.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to:

To exercise any of these rights, e-mail us at the address above. You can also:

9. Security

Network traffic from our Apps uses HTTPS. Platform-provided downloads (such as on-device models) are verified by the provider's infrastructure. We do not store your personal content on our own servers.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Substantial changes may also be noted in an App's release notes.
